Privacy policy
How Mitigate America handles information submitted through our website and Facebook or Instagram inquiry forms.
Effective date: October 16, 2026.
This policy explains how Mitigate America, LLC handles information received through our website, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and communications about our services.
Information we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, organization, property or service interests, and message. Facebook or Instagram may prefill contact details from your profile; review those details before submitting.
Our healthcare preparedness form also asks about provider type, licensed beds, survey timing, citation status and the assistance requested. Please provide only information needed to discuss the service.
How we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, understand your concerns, explain assessment options and pricing, prepare proposals, arrange appointments and provide agreed services. Submitting a form requests a follow-up conversation; it does not book a paid assessment or establish a client engagement.
Service providers and platforms
We use service providers to host our website, process website inquiries, manage email communications and deliver website fonts. These providers may process inquiry information or technical information, such as IP addresses and browser request details, as needed to provide their services.
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta processes the information on its platform and makes the submitted lead information available to Mitigate America. Meta also handles platform interactions and advertising activity under its own privacy policy. This website privacy policy does not replace Meta's policy.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights.
Website and advertising activity
Hosting providers may record technical requests for site operation, security and traffic measurement. Facebook and Instagram use cookies and other technologies on their own platforms according to their policies and your account settings. You can manage browser cookies and Meta advertising preferences through the controls those services provide.
Contact preferences and privacy requests
You can ask us to stop following up on an inquiry, correct information you submitted, or delete inquiry information by emailing support@mitigateamerica.net or calling 770-802-0148. We may need to verify a request and retain information needed for an active engagement, recordkeeping, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Retention and security
Inquiry and client records are retained as needed for follow-up, service delivery, business records and applicable obligations. No website, email system or online platform can guarantee absolute security. Use the initial form to describe your needs generally; arrange an appropriate method with us before sharing sensitive documents.
Do not submit sensitive details
Do not include passwords, alarm or gate codes, camera access credentials, travel schedules, locations of valuables, financial account numbers, protected health information, or patient or resident details in website or social media forms. Detailed property security findings should be discussed through an agreed communication method.
Children
Our inquiry forms and services are intended for adults and business representatives, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Policy updates
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
